Verdara
Visual Identity
After decades of reliance on legacy pension systems, educators today face a reality those systems were never designed for: non-linear careers that span schools, districts, and states, fragmenting savings and weakening long-term security. Verdara was created as a portable, pooled retirement solution that corrects this structural penalty for mobility, reframing retirement around continuity rather than tenure in one place.
We positioned and named Verdara — inspired by verdancy, signaling growth and renewal — as long-term infrastructure built for how educators actually live and work. The strategy carried through a brand identity that balances institutional credibility with human warmth, using clear, jargon-free language, vibrant lime accents, and a tree ring motif to symbolize compounding progress over time. The result is a retirement brand that replaces complexity with clarity and restores confidence in a system meant to protect educators, not restrict them.
